Hello! I am Priscilla E. Philippi. A Jordanian-American professional photographer living in Amman - The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

I love to travel to places where I can capture those split-second special moments, meet new people to learn about new cultures and age-old traditions, explore wildlife and nature reserves and go click-crazy around horses.

I have a great love and passion for photography. Throughout the years, I have photographed horses, people, places and wildlife that I came across. More recently, in November 2022, I became a Freelance Photographer with National Geographic Journeys and my entire outlook on life around me changed thanks to my mentor Michael Dikovitsky - an Explorer and National Geographic Journeys photographer.

June 2024 marked a milestone for my photography passion when I launched my book "Al-Hajanah: A Photographic Journey with Jordan's Royal Desert Patrol".  A photo-centric coffee table book on Jordan's famed desert brigade. In September 2024, I joined the Equine Photographers Network as a professional member. I am currently working on two book projects which I hope to complete soon.

Behind the lens and the connections we make...

Wherever I travel, my camera is my constant companion...from the desert of Wadi Rum in Jordan to the shores of Cannes, France and then to Friesian horse stables in the Netherlands...my camera and I love them all!

My photography is diverse but my passion for horses and wildlife, cultural exploration and portraits have been my focus...
